Returns & Replacements
Each item is made-to-order through our production partners once an order is placed. Because of this, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for sizing, change of mind, or personal preference, so we recommend checking the size guide carefully before ordering.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can help.
What We Can Help With
We can assist with orders that arrive:

Where possible, approved claims will usually be resolved with a replacement item.
A Few Important Notes
As each item is produced individually, small variations in print placement or slight colour differences between screens and printed products can naturally occur.
We’re also unable to cover delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or incorrectly entered delivery information.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
